Winnipeg man takes residence $1 million in 6/49 lotto win – Winnipeg


A Winnipeg man is $1 million richer after hitting it large on a Lotto 6/49 draw earlier this month.

Craig Braschuk, who purchased his ticket on the Crimson River Co-op on St. Mary’s Highway on Oct. 31, is the primary winner in Western Canada to take residence 1,000,000 or extra on 6/49 for the reason that lottery launched a brand new format in September.

Braschuk mentioned he didn’t verify his numbers till a number of days after the successful ticket was introduced, due to a joking query from a good friend.

“My good friend instructed me there was a million-dollar win and requested me if it was me,” he mentioned.
